The web shop currently works as a streamlined ordering flow without online card payment. The customer selects products, sends a request and receives stock confirmation and next steps from the Santos & Santorini team.
Order submitted as an inquiry
Submitting the checkout form sends an inquiry for the selected items. The order is recorded in the system and the team then checks stock, sizes, delivery method and any additional details.
Until the order is confirmed, product availability, delivery timing and final fulfillment details depend on live inventory and an operational confirmation from the sales team.
Prices and availability
Prices shown on the website represent retail prices for the displayed items, while sale pricing and discounts follow the currently active rules and labels shown on the website.
In case of a technical error, incorrect price or outdated stock information, the customer will be notified before the order is finalized.
